On this page, Rotary District 7090 posts its budgets and audited financial statements for full transparency.
Annually, the committee prepares and presents a budget for the Presidents-Elect to approve. They will receive it in the spring, (at least 30 days in advance) per the District 7090 Manual of Policies (MOP) for a formal vote online at our VIRTUAL Club (& District) Training Assembly which generally occurs in May. Our MOP requires a positive vote of at least 75% of our Presidents-Elect (or designee) in attendance at the time of the presentation.
The Audited Financial Statements are likewise posted in the menu to the left. They are voted on annually by our sitting Presidents at our VIRTUAL Annual Meeting which must be held not later than the month of December following year's end June 30. The Presidents will receive notice of the meeting 30 days in advance.
