STUDENTS GET BIGGER VIEW OF THE WORLD
The Rotary Club of Amherst recently donated 25 tablets to a school in Tanzania. The tablets were made by BAK USA, a company based in Buffalo, and were purchased with a District grant in partnership with the Rotary Club of Bahari, Tanzania. The tablets were presented to the school by Amherst Rotarian Fiona Barretto. By giving computers and tablets to students in a developing country we open a whole world to them. The tablets will be kept in the school library and available to all the students.
