PERCH ANYONE?

The men and women of the Rotary Club of Brantford are people of action. On  October 1st the Rotary Club of Brantford hosted their 9th Annual Rotary Perch Fry.
Prior to COVID-19, this event was held at the Boys and Girls Club. Due to COVID, the club had to transition to a “drive thru” event where guests could pick up their delicious dinner of Lake Erie Perch, celery bread, French fries, coleslaw and dessert.

A dinner ticket also included a raffle ticket with a chance to win a Traeger Smoker and gift certificate generously donated to the club by a corporate sponsor. This year 375 dinners were sold and many corporate sponsors jumped on board. The Rotary Club of Brantford raised over $25,000 this year with all proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Club, Lansdowne Children Centre and other local children’s charities.
