The Rotary Club of Brantford Sunrise was pleased to recognize Brian Witteveen with a Paul Harris Fellowship on October 22, 2020. As the owner of Strodes BBQ & Deli for over 20 years, Brian’s unconditional support and contribution to the City of Brantford and the surrounding area exemplifies the humanitarian and educational objectives of The Rotary Foundation.Brian has given back to the community both financially and as a volunteer supporter of many local charities. He has demonstrated excellence through the generosity of his time and resources to a wide variety of groups, including: Brantwood Community Services, Nova Vita, Why Not Youth Center, Participation Support Services, and Brant Community Health Care. In addition to this community support, Brian and his team also sponsor and host several events each year designed to draw tourists to Brantford and boost the local economy.
