IT ISN'T TOO LATE - TICK TOCK...TICK TOCK

You are cordially invited to register to attend OUR District Conference, October 21 – 23!  REGISTRATION IS HELD OPEN FOR YOU!
 
In true Rotary fashion, we held open out register just for you!  Now… it is up to you not to be one of those missing this outstanding our District Conference.  IT STARTS in just 3 days!!!! Batavia Downs Gaming and Horseracing combined with our conference offers something to participate in or do for everyone.

Here are the highlights –
 
TAILGATE PARTY kicks off the event on Friday evening – How soon can join us? PSST…Are you a Bills fan? Is Thurman, the man? BE HERE! You might out bid the others for his donated autographed jersey. Will you wear it or frame it and admire it behind glass?
 
How about joining us Friday evening for WINE TASTINGS hosted by our DISTRICT’S WINE APPRECIATION FELLOWSHIP,  as we all come together to relax and commiserate.
 
Saturday is the DAY! Starts early with our plenary – we are so fortunate to have as our Rotary International Representative Bill (Bebo) Pollard from Churchland, Virginia.
 
Our break-out sessions – ALL THINGS ROTARY - are your chance to add to your knowledge of all things Rotary and certainly in a venue that encourages your involvement through active participation or listen and take notes.  Yes, some sessions will be of interest to everyone – general interest.
 
Remember, this conference has been developed to get you up and interactive, if you wish. People watching is encouraged!
 
Our logo says it all!  Bring your hats, the fancier the better – even kooky hats will past the test.  No hat, come and make it.  We have a hat shop all set up for you!  Want to help make the hats join the group!
 
Women Helping Young Gals Over There!  Fresh Water!  Latrines!  Schools!  Gals missing 25% of the school year due to having no sanitary napkins.  Come and help us make reusable ones!
 
Come let’s all work together on this District Grant Service Project – as we package 50,000 single serving meals (packaged to feed a family of six).  Fun! Fellowship!  Clubs who donated will have a takeaway for their local food banks. 
 
Saturday Evening – DERBY NIGHT AT BATAVIA!  Hats and Black Tie Optional, but part of the ambiance.  Food, Racing, Betting, and Playing the Slots!
