SPRING LAUNCH

Spring launches the Rotary Club of Lancaster Depew to a busy and exciting period!
 
Strengthening Rotary Service project: The club will be painting the red barn at the Historic Hull House, 5976 Genesee Street, Lancaster on May 14th from 9 am to noon with a rain date of May 21st. Rotarians and guests are invited to pitch in with a helping hand. Contact Diane Terranova for more information.
Under construction:  2 Little Libraries to be located in Lancaster and Depew.
 
In May:  The club's Rotarians will be participating in the Village of Lancaster Clean-up which will include the yearly attention to its Rotary Park on Central Avenue in Lancaster. 
 
Depew Middle School will hold its annual Character Breakfast to award those pupils who have shown good character to other students and staff on May 17th. Lancaster Middle School holds a Breakfast of Champions for pupils who are on the Honor Roll. Lancaster Depew Rotary finances and helps to serve the students at both events.
 
2022 scholarship applications have been sent to both Lancaster and Depew High Schools. The Rotary Club of Lancaster Depew is giving four $1,500 scholarships this year for its 62nd year of continuous scholarship awards!
 
The 2022 Car Show will be held on August 10th from 4 pm to 8 pm at Russell’s Steak, Chops & More, 6675 Transit Road, Lancaster. Come and join the fun!
