ON THE TRAIL AND MORE

The Rotary Club of Lewiston, NY & Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON recently adopted a section of the Greenway Trail as part of a consortium of 10 Rotary Clubs endeavoring to have a bike/walking trail from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario along the Niagara River.  Rotarians walked the trail, staged a cleanup and are surveying users to see who is using the trail and what amenities they may need.
Pictured left shows the cleanup in progress.

Christmas Time - is a time for giving

On December 14, following a long standing tradition, the Rotary Club of Lewiston, NY & Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON held their annual Christmas Dinner, inviting friends of Rotary, representatives of worthy causes and members of the community who have supported our projects.  The club was delighted to give back to the communities on both sides of the Niagara River.
