It hasn't been easy as a Bi-National Club to deal with the ever-changing requirements to cross the international border between the United States and Canada, but the Rotary Club of Lewiston, NY & Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON has a long standing tradition of a Valentines Party that has gone on for over 50 years, despite black ice and blizzard. So - a few regulations weren't going to stop the club from "building good will and better friendships". Simultaneous parties on both sides of the Niagara River celebrated the camaraderie that comes from embracing the Rotary Ideal of Service Above Self.
