The Rotary Club of Lockport had a very successful "Valentine Raffle" on February 12th raising nearly $16,000 for scholarships and other club charitable efforts.  Many volunteers came forth including past, present and future Youth Exchange students who pose here with Rotary Youth Exchange Chair, Janet Walker who stands in the rear on the right.
