BNMC HELPS OUT with JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT STUDENT STOCK MARKET CHALLENGE

The Rotary Club of Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus participated by volunteering in the NY Stock Exchange trading floor at the 6th Annual Junior Achievement Student Stock Exchange Challenge presented by M&T Bank.  On December 11, 2014, more than 360 students from WNY high schools came together at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center to compete for the coveted Bull Trophy at this high-tech, interactive simulated event.  The student teams put into action what they have learned in the classroom about the fundamentals of the stock market, while experiencing the risks and rewards of trading.
