Have you heard about the idea behind Satellite Clubs? These clubs are an extension of your current club – not your competition, as some people think. It’s an innovative and unique way to reach a segment of your community who currently isn’t a member of your Club! Satellite Clubs meet at different times, sometimes different locations and can also initiate projects that are independent of what the main Club is doing. They are often more service action oriented vs. the traditional meal and speaker format of most Clubs. This model has proven effective in recruiting younger members who are looking for ways to give back to their community, as well as professionals who simply can’t get away during the day to make our current meeting times.
