ON A ROLL..
New inductions, transfers, returning from inactive status, Olean Rotary is on a roll!
On December 6, the Olean Rotary Club celebrated the induction of two men into the active ranks of the club. Rick Esposito, right, was previously a member and returns to the club from our inactive rolls eager to serve with fellow Rotarians. Rin Wada, left, is new to the club, but not new to Rotary. Rin is the Interact Advisor at Olean High School.
Jeri Fedora transferred into our club this fall coming from the Watertown Rotary Club. Patricia Gulnac is returning to Rotary, after being a member and serving a year as president of a club in Sanford, Maine from 2008-11. Patty has generously stepped up to fill our empty President Elect position and will serve as club president in 2017-18. Our club also inducted new to Rotary member, Theresa Shaffer, on November 1. She found us following her retirement and her commitment to service modeled by her Rotarian sister in another 7090 club.
Our first corporate membership is in the works and we have one more new Rotary candidate in the application process. Good things are happening in the Olean area with Rotary front and center.
