DOING GOOD IN MEMORY OF ELAINE ELSEN

The Salamanca Rotary Club recently made a donation of a new washer and dryer to the Salamanca Youth Center.  The purchase and donation were made in the memory of past president Elaine Elsen.  The appliances will be used to help teach children how to do laundry and help to combat area children’s lack of access to clean clothes, which is a significant cause of school absences, according to Sandi Brundage, director of the Salamanca Youth Center.
