It’s a sure sign of Spring at the Club’s Charles Ansell Park, located at Lock One in St. Catharines along the Welland Canal. Planted by the City of St. Catharines Parks and Recreation Department last year, these unique bulbs have been specially created to celebrate Rotary’s
worldwide Polio Eradication Campaign. Veseys Seeds of PEI donates 20% of the bulb purchase price to the Rotary Foundation.
