Our first meeting of 2021-22 featured President Courtney Usborne’s inaugural address to the membership along with her induction as President and the induction of the Board by AG Milica. With lockdowns and restrictions on the numbers of those able to gather, combined with our twice a month meeting schedule, it was also our first opportunity to hold a true actual hybrid meeting.
Congratulations to the hybrid meeting team of Gary and Beth for sticking with it and perfectly handling 17 meeting in person (referred to as "The Roomies") in Rotarian Marc’s backyard and seven online meeting persons "The Zoomies" attending from Peterborough, Ottawa and St. Catharines.
The meeting was also highlighted with the presentation of a second Paul Harris to Beth in recognition for her work on the Foundation Gala. Thanks to the Fellowship Committee (Joy, Randi and Bob) for setting up the event.
