Members of the Rotary Club of St. Catharines Lakeshore didn’t let them stop them from honouring departing Club President Eric Jones. When the traditional President’s Farewell Party had to be canceled, the club appeared at his home for a very quick get together and photo op with a sign featuring letters individually created by the members (and a few pink
flamingoes) along with Thank You gifts. A BIG surprise for the out-going President and very much appreciated. As he put it, “
It's not often that I am speechless but you managed to accomplish it!”
The individual letters making up the “Thanks Eric” sign were created by the following Rotarians:
